We have a small team that collectively has years of experience in managing and advising property funds in Australia.

Juno Markets looks at both commercial and residential property projects in Sydney Australia and are keen for projects with a term of 2 to 5 years. We are flexible in how we invest with the underlying assets, either acting as a lender, a fund manager or being an equity partner.

Under our AFSL, we are only authorised to provide financial services to wholesale clients within the meaning of section 761GA and section 761G of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth). Our funds are not suitable for retail clients. The determination of whether an investor is a wholesale client may be complicated and we encourage you to reach out to us so we can guide you through the process.

The project terms we look at are generally in the nature of 2 to 5 years and as such, we seek investors who are willing to stay with us for longer term other than seeking short term return.
